SSOOOK SHIPPING RETURN / REFUND INFORMATION

 

SSOOOK products are shipped worldwide, and shipping costs are as follows.

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

 

USA

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Economy (default): Ships within 3 days, arriving 10 business days after the order was placed.

 

Standard: Ships within 3 days, arriving 6 business days after the order was placed.

Preferred: Ships within 3 days, arriving 5 business days after the order was placed.

Expedited: Ships within 3 days, arriving 4 business days after the order was placed.

Express: Ships within 3 day, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.

 

*Free Shipping: domestic US over 50 USD

* If your order is less than USD 50, shipping fee will be charged based on weight.

 

- 0 to 4.99 lbs:  USD 5.9

- 5-10 lbs: USD 9.99.

*Shipping costs to countries outside the United States are calculated based on volume and weight.

* Additionally, customers may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities. 

* Return or exchange costs may be higher depending on the country, duty, tax. (In some case, return cost was 5times bigger than shipping cost)

* So please check ask us about proper size of products for your dogs or cats before ordering from outside of USA.

Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

※ Returns due to simple change of mind will incur a round-trip return fee (handling fee + round-trip shipping fee) ※

 In particular, return costs (handling costs + round-trip shipping costs + tariffs and customs clearance costs) may be incurred in areas other than the United States. 

 

Misdelivery
Defective items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in the original and unused condition.Defective items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in the original and unused condition.
If the wrong product (size/color/style) was sent to you, we will exchange it for the correct product at our expense.
If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it for you provided the product is still in its original and unused condition, at your own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Conditions**

- If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility. However, this does not apply if the packaging was opened solely to inspect the contents of the product.
- If tags are removed, or the packaging is opened or damaged, resulting in a loss of product value.
(For example: returns or exchanges for defects in luxury items, bags, etc., follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.)
- If the hanger or packaging materials are damaged.
- If the product is stained or soiled.
- For white-colored clothing, returns or exchanges are not accepted, so please consider your purchase carefully.
- Minor differences may occur in thickness, stretch, or printing, even for products with the same color code, due to fabric variations.
-Partial returns of a set product.
- If any product components (such as warranty cards) are lost or damaged.
- If the packaging of items that can be copied or duplicated is damaged.

※ Please note that if you wish to exchange or return an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
(This includes exchanges for different colors, sizes, etc.)

※If exchange or return is not possible, the item will be sent back, and the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 7 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
