The yellow bag

Unfortunatelly I was dissappointed to find out that the bag is too small for my puppy although I've asked advice on the site with the measurements of my puppy. Although shipping was half the price of the bag and then had to pay half more for custom taxes :( to change the bag into a bigger one so my puppy would be comfortable while travelling with the car, the company said I need to pay and extra fee plus all of the shippinh and custom taxes all over again so really not a good deal! Be very careful when ordering and make sure it is the size you are looking for because exchanging is not an option :( The bag is really great, too bad the company is not very supportive or helpfull when clients need it.
