Sling Bag " Ver. SMART! "

Love the Sling Bag!

Overall, I really like the sling bag! It's been very nice and convenient to use, and she seems very comfortable in it, which is the most important thing! 😊

I do have a couple of suggestions that I think would make it even better!

First, I wish the shoulder strap could be completely unhooked on one side. I think that would make it much easier to get her in and out of the bag.

Second, I wish each of the layers that unzip had its own way to roll up and fasten separately. For example, when you unzip the window, then open the mesh cover, and then add the layered cooling blanket, there's only one fastener to hold everything in place. Sometimes you have three different layers you're trying to secure with just one clip. It would be so much easier if each layer had its own fastener so you could roll up and secure only the ones you're using.

Other than those little things, I've been really happy with it! It's comfortable for her, convenient for me, and overall a great product. Just a few small design changes that I think would make a big difference! 😊

Thank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review! 💕 We're so glad to hear that you and your pup are enjoying the sling bag and that she feels comfortable in it. We also really appreciate your thoughtful suggestions regarding the shoulder strap—feedback like this helps us improve! I’ll be sure to share your ideas with our design team. Wishing you two many more comfortable outings together! ✨

Regret this purchase

I have the console car seat and it's perfection. Since I like it so much I wanted to try another product from ssoook but this one is a regret. My dog is 9 lbs and it doesn't take too long for this bag to feel too heavy heavy. Most importantly, like with many toy breeds, my poodle chokes easily and this bag does not have cushion where he leans his little chin and he chokes whith this bag. He also doesn't like the side window, it scares him.

Dear Judith,

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We are so glad to hear that you love our Center Console Car Seat, but we are truly sorry to hear that the Sling Bag didn't meet your expectations for your pup.

Regarding your return inquiry, as this order was purchased back in May 2026, it unfortunately falls outside our standard 7-day return window, so we are unable to process a return or refund for this item. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

Regarding the weight, carrying a 9 lb dog in a single-shoulder sling bag for an extended period can indeed cause shoulder fatigue, even with lighter pups. Sling bags are designed primarily for quick trips and short walks. If you need to carry your dog for longer periods or want more balanced weight distribution, we strongly recommend our Backpack or Frontpack Carriers, which use both shoulders and help relieve pressure on your back and shoulders!

As for your poodle choking when leaning his chin, our sling bags are structured to maintain shape, but we understand that toy breeds with sensitive tracheas need extra padding. Placing a small, soft blanket or cushion inside the bag where he rests his chin can make a big difference in comfort. Lastly, for dogs who get startled by the side mesh window, leaving the mesh covered or gradually desensitizing them with treats during short indoor uses often helps them feel more secure.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your valuable feedback as it helps us improve our future product designs. Please let us know if you have any questions or need recommendations for alternative carriers!
