[SO-TR201] SSOOOK CARSEAT OPEN SET

I have Tesla model 3 and two dogs , one is yorkie 12 lbs and Pom 11.5 lbs , both body length about 12 inch , what size should I get ? if each has one ..also maybe will be one from back and one from front . thank you ,

Dear Customer,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We are excited to help you choose the right SSOOOK Carseat for your sweet pups.

Based on your dogs' details (11.5–12 lbs, ~12-inch body length) and your Tesla Model 3:

1. Recommended Size: Medium (M)

• For Your Dogs: For a 11.5–12 lbs dog with a 12-inch body length, the Medium size is the perfect fit. It gives them enough comfortable room to sit, lay down, and stretch out safely while traveling.

• Tesla Model 3 Compatibility:

  • Front Seat: 1 Medium Carseat fits comfortably in the front passenger seat.

  • Back Seat: You can easily fit 1 Medium Carseat in the back seat (or even 2 side-by-side if you ever want both in the back).

2. Setup Options:

• Option A (Separate Seats): 1 in the Front + 1 in the Back — Fits perfectly!

• Option B (Both in Back): 2 Mediums in the Back Seat — Fits side-by-side smoothly!

Please let us know if you have any further questions or need help placing your order!

I have 2 bonded very small shih-tzu's one is 6.5lb and the other is 4lb. What size open car seat should i get for the 2 of them together? Also, I have a 9.6lb yorkie. What size open car seat should I get? Same dog, what size console car seat should i get? Thank you!

Hi Teri,

Thank you for reaching out to SSOOOK! We would be happy to help you choose the best sizes for your pups:

1. For your two Shih-Tzus (6.5 lbs + 4 lbs = 10.5 lbs combined):

• Open Car Seat: We recommend Size L. Since they will be sharing the seat together, Size L provides enough space for both of them to lay down and travel comfortably side by side.

2. For your Yorkie (9.6 lbs):

• Open Car Seat: Size M will be the perfect fit for a single dog around 9.6 lbs.

• Console Car Seat: Size L is recommended. Console car seats are naturally more compact, so Size L ensures your Yorkie has enough space to sit and lay down comfortably on the center console.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We're always here to help!

Hi, when will the Open Car Seat in medium be available in beige again? Thank you!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out! Currently, the Open Car Seat in Beige does not have a confirmed restock date yet. However, it is currently available in Black across sizes Small to Large. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

Hello, I have a Westie, he weighs 21 pounds. Is this car seat too small for him?

Hi there! Thank you for your inquiry. For a Westie weighing 21 lbs, our Large size car seat would be a great fit!

The Large size is designed to comfortably accommodate pets weighing up to 26 lbs, so your pup should have plenty of space to feel secure and relaxed during your travels. We hope this helps, and we look forward to seeing you and your Westie on the road!

When will you have more cooling packs back in stock?

Thank you for your interest!

Our cooling packs are expected to restock during the summer season, likely around May to June. However, the exact restock date has not been confirmed yet.

Wha are the hooks at the bottom of the base for?

Hi,

The clasps on the bottom of the car seat is to secure the carseat to ISOFIX points in your car.
