Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3, chosen to match your dog’s body type
Let’s explore the differences and features of all four fits!
SSOOOK Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3 is winter outerwear filled with Goosefeel, a padding known for its warmth and excellent loft recovery. Its padded design wraps your dog snugly from neck to legs, and because it is thicker than a typical coverall, a comfortable fit for your dog’s body type matters just as much as warmth.
Dogs have different body proportions depending on breed, from chest girth to back length and leg length. Even in the same size, these proportions can change how a garment fits. That’s why SSOOOK divided Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3 into four fits: Regular, Short-Leg, Dachshund and French Bulldog, so dogs of every body type can spend a comfortable, warm winter.
Which fit suits your dog best? Let’s take a closer look at the features and differences of each one.

Fit Comparison at a Glance

Fits That Follow Body Type
Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3 starts from the Regular Fit and adjusts chest girth, back length and leg length to create four fits for different body types.
OW671 / OW672Regular Fit for Balanced Body Types
The Regular Fit is the core design of Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3, made for dogs whose chest girth, back length and leg length are relatively balanced. It is the baseline pattern the other fits are compared against, with legs at about 70% length.
OW679 / OW680Short-Leg Fit: Shorter Legs Only
Dogs with relatively short legs, such as Pekingese, Shih Tzus and Welsh Corgis, may find the legs of the Regular Fit too long.
SSOOOK Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3 Short-Leg Fit is designed with this body type in mind. It keeps the same chest girth and back length as the Regular Fit and shortens only the legs, by about 4–5 cm. If the Regular Fit has legs at about 70% length, the Short-Leg Fit is about 50%, so the body proportions stay the same while short-legged dogs wear it comfortably.
The Short-Leg Fit can also be a good choice for dogs who suit the Regular Fit but need to size up because of a full coat.
Dogs with lots of fur, like a full-coat Bichon, often go one size up for a roomier fit. Because the Short-Leg Fit has shorter legs than the Regular Fit in the same size, it helps keep the legs from getting too long when you size up. Keep in mind that sizing up also lengthens the back and belly, so take these into account when choosing a size.
OW675 / OW676Dachshund Fit for a Long Body and Short Legs
Dachshunds are known for their long bodies and short legs. With this body type, the Regular Fit may fit well around the chest but come up short in the back, or leave the legs too long.
SSOOOK Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3 Dachshund Fit reflects these proportions. It keeps the same chest girth as the Regular Fit, lengthens the back, and shortens the legs to about 30% length.
So how is it different from the Short-Leg Fit introduced above? Both fits are designed for short-legged dogs, but the biggest difference is back length.
The Short-Leg Fit keeps the same back length as the Regular Fit and shortens only the legs to about 50%, while the Dachshund Fit also accounts for a longer body, extending the back and shortening the legs even further to about 30%.
So if your dog’s body is similar to the Regular Fit but the legs are short, choose the Short-Leg Fit. If your dog has a long back and short legs, we recommend the Dachshund Fit.
OW673 / OW674French Bulldog Fit for a Broad Chest and Short Body
Dogs with a broad, well-developed chest, like French Bulldogs, may find the back of the Regular Fit too long for their chest. So SSOOOK made this fit with a roomier chest girth and a shorter back than the Regular Fit.
If your dog has a broad, sturdy chest, or the Regular Fit feels tight around the chest but long in the back, we recommend the French Bulldog Fit.
How to Choose the Right Fit for Your Dog
When choosing Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3, start by checking your dog’s body shape, including chest girth and back length.
For relatively balanced chest girth, back length and leg length, we recommend the Regular Fit. If the body is similar to the Regular Fit but the legs are relatively short, go for the Short-Leg Fit. For a long body with short legs, take a look at the Dachshund Fit, and for a broad chest with a relatively short back, the French Bulldog Fit.
For dogs with a full coat, it’s also a good idea to check how the overall length changes when sizing up.
Even within the same breed, every dog’s body shape and proportions can differ. Rather than choosing a fit by breed or weight alone, measure your dog and compare the measurements with the detailed size chart for each fit.
Different Body Types, the Same Warmth
SSOOOK prepared Goosefeel Padded Coveralls 3 in four fits so that dogs of every body type can wear clothes that fit them well and enjoy a comfortable winter. Get ready for a warmer winter with the SSOOOK Goosefeel Padded Coveralls that fit your dog’s body type.
