Leaf Spring Structure for a Balanced Center of Gravity
Is a hard bottom really comfortable? Many pet carriers highlight a hard and rigid bottom as a key feature, claiming it prevents sagging. However, this can actually make it easy for a pet's weight to shift to one side, forcing them to tense their body and struggle to maintain balance inside the bag. To solve this problem, SSOOOK has replaced the commonly used rigid bottom with a multi-wall structure and a curved bottom with just the right amount of flexibility. This is what we call the "leaf spring structure."
The leaf spring structure is designed to naturally bend where the dog's weight is applied, absorbing the load and guiding the center of gravity toward the middle. This allows the dog to sit or lie down without slipping, providing stability. It's a bottom that is firm yet flexible, maintaining its shape while not putting strain on the body. Multi-Wall Structure That Doesn't Collapse
SSOOOK bags feature a "multi-wall structure" that combines various materials in up to 10 or more layers, depending on the need. While typical pet bags are made with a simple 1-3 layer structure, this isn't enough to withstand a pet's weight or the forces from movement, nor is it sufficient to maintain its shape. To create a strong structure that can endure the shaking, movement, and weight when traveling, SSOOOK designed a robust internal framework from the ground up.
The multi-wall structure of SSOOOK bags isn't just about rigidity.
