  • where do you pull the bags out ? or do you actually have to unsnap it every time ? I like your old design (the cute round one with a hole in the back to pull bags through

    You pull the bags out through the small opening located on the back of the bag. There is a small hole designed specifically for dispensing the waste bags.

    You do not need to unsnap it every time. The snap only needs to be opened when you are replacing the roll with a new one.

    It may not have been very clear in the product photos
